Black Clawson’s Converting Machinery division has been acquired by a new company formed by its management team and investment partners, Hamilton Robinson. The new company – Black Clawson Converting Machinery Inc – will operate from its existing Fulton, New York location and has offered employment to all the workforce.

Black Clawson Converting Machinery manufactures a wide range of equipment for the converting and plastics processing industries. Markets served include flexible packaging, adhesive coated tapes and labels, pre-coated convenience products, plastics films for consumer and industrial applications, imaging products, and plastics resin production.
