Differentiated speciality packaging company Max Solutions has completed the acquisition of Canada-based folding carton company The Ellis Group.

The family-owned and operated folding carton company, The Ellis Group currently operates three manufacturing facilities in Ontario.

It designs, manufactures and distributes custom paperboard carton solutions.

Max Solutions CEO Marc Shore said: “We are very excited about this acquisition.

“The Ellis Group will provide state-of-the-art technology for our customers and augment our offerings geographically.

Max Solutions offers speciality packaging solutions for the healthcare and consumer segments.

Earlier this year, the company announced the opening of its first facility in Bristol, Pennsylvania.
