The system should also give greater accuracy and resolution than typical beta sensors with their inherent statistical noise.
TFG-710 is said to be unaffected by changes in humidity, air pressure, gap temperature, dust, film orientation or crystallinity. It is simple to calibrate with no special tools or skills required.
