Komori UK has strengthened its direct service department in Leeds “to focus solely on the logistics of getting Komori engineers to the printer,” as general service manager Brian Sims explains. “We’ve looked extremely carefully at what would be the ideal combination of skills within the team to create the most efficient service to the customer, and I believe customers will see an improved focus in Komori’s ability to work even more closely with them concerning service issues.”
Colin Hackett has been appointed to the post of service manager. David Cole is now service controller, and Jaclyn Stewart has been appointed assistant service controller. Keith Baxter will be project manager for the used presses that Komori markets. Russell Gordon and Vernon Pearce cover the northern and southern sales areas.
