Kemwall Engineering has developed a new automatic lipstick process capable of producing 2500 lipsticks/hr. Together with special elastomer moulds, Kemwall can now produce high quality lipsticks with a deep sheen with all types of lipstick.
Features include a versatile unit that can easily be changed for different lipstick shapes and cases, and quick-change lipstick tank and pumps all mounted on a wheel-away trolley.
Each machine can be supplied with the option of semi-automatic or fully automatic production including wind capping and labelling.
