“When I first pull the tub of ice cream out of the fridge, it is too hard to scoop it out, so I have to let it sit on the counter until it warms up enough to scoop,” said one of two inventors from Henderson, Nev. “I thought that there had to be a way to package ice cream to avoid this hassle.”

They developed VAN’S FANCY FROZEN SCOOPS, patent-pending, to make it easy and convenient to serve ice cream at home, parties and anywhere else. The unique packaging prevents spills and messes to minimize clean-up time. It eliminates the hassles and frustrations of trying to scoop hard ice cream or leaving ice cream out to soften. It is easily served with someone as young as 6 years old. The invention is suitable for use with cones, pies, bowls and other ice-cream dishes. Additionally, it is producible in different flavors and varieties.

The original design was submitted to the Las Vegas sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
