Inspection made easier

New from Bar Graphic Machinery is a dual die cut version of the Elite 250D inspection rewinder. It features a facility that allows rotary dies to be loaded in seconds from waist height using a ‘sit and slide’ action, rather than the traditional top loading system. It can accommodate all popular makes of rotary die including magnetic shim systems.

With dimensions of 8 x 3ft, which includes an inspection table, the new Elite 250DD model has been engineered to save on space and its single phase power supply enables it to be relocated with ease. The machine operates with dual dies at speeds of up to 220m/min and is said to be particularly suited for reel-fed label converting that requires reverse die cutting and perforating.

All Elite models have a cartridge slitter system fitted as standard. Easy access enables the slitter blades to be set by the operator without having to remove them from the machine.
