Extreme Drinks has packaged its new ‘H20 No Gas’ bottled water brand in a custom-designed hip shape flask PET bottle from Owens-Illinois Plastics.
The 330ml container took over a year to develop. With its snowboard-shaped clip, it can be easily affixed to clothing for sports use.
O-I Plastics sales director Steve Carter says: “The flask’s unique shape made production fairly challenging but strong partnerships were key to this development. We worked closely with the clip manufacturer Plastech Moulding to ensure a perfect fit, while frequent communication with the filler ensured highly efficient filling line performance and stability for this imaginative new pack.”
