GPA, a provider of substrate solutions for digital, offset and wide format printing, has introduced new Arcoprint uncoated papers that can be used with dry toner presses.

Exclusively available in North America, the GPA’s uncoated papers serve as enhanced printing solution for printers and brand managers.

The bright white sheets help to deliver better image reproduction, advanced color brilliance and toner adhesion, which is crucial for digital printing industry.

Arcoprint uncoated papers can be used to create packaging, product tags, direct mail brochures, postcards, business cards and greeting cards.

The sheets are compatible with different finishing processes, including scoring, folding, die cutting, gluing, embossing. It can also be used for debossing to produce customized print.

The new uncoated papers are suitable for use with all production toner presses such as Xerox, Ricoh, Canon, Kodak, Konica Minolta and MGI.

GPA is providing sheets in a range of text and cover weights in both 12″ x 18″ and 13″ x 19″ sizes.

According to the company, the new coated paper is made from environmentally responsible resources, free from acid and certified by FSC.

GPA supplies its customers with pressure sensitive papers, films, laser labels, eco-friendly substrates, digital and specialty papers.

Designed to be used with digital presses, the company offers Ultra Digital, Ultra Digital Plus, and Ultra Print coated papers with different basis weights, sheet sizes and finishes.

These coated papers have advanced converting characteristics for various finishing processes, including laminating, UV coating, die cutting, scoring, folding and gluing.

The company also produces specialty fine papers, including Ultra Digital pearlescent, textured uncoated and fine art papers, for use with digital presses.

GPA’s specialty fine papers can be used for luxury good packaging, seasonal promotions, fine art reproductions and promotional entertainment posters.

The firm also manufactures a range of pressure sensitive papers for digital presses. Its Ultra Digital pressure sensitive papers consist of various facestock options, including specialty and recycled solutions.

The pressure sensitive papers can be used as product and package labels, carton and shipping labels, as well as wine and specialty product labels.
