Special design and manufacturing techniques characterise an eye-catching custom-moulded jar created by RPC Bramlage-Wiko for a range of six Calve Today sauces launched by Unilever Bestfoods Nederland.
The injection-moulded polypropylene jar has a more rounded look than traditional glass packaging and an attractive frosted surface achieved via special finishing in the mould. It is decorated using five-colour silk screen printing.
The lids incorporate an in-mould label, colour-coded to distinguish the different varieties, with advanced IML techniques ensuring it remains wrinkle-free over the raised rim.
