Flexicon Europe is taking the strain out of bulk solids handling with an automatic Pallet Stacker, developed to stack up to 10 pallets.
The unit is designed for stacking pallets measuring 100x80cm but can be adapted for any pallet size to be situated next to bulk bag discharge systems.
Pallet stacking is operated by a series of sensors that move pallets into the stacker storage area where incoming pallets are stacked from the bottom upwards. When the maximum 10 pallets have been stored, the final sensor sends the pallets to the end of a roller conveyor to be collected by forklift.
