Moving products off retail shelves can be accelerated with Flexico’s Topmatic Slider bag, made from the firm’s new C20 co-extruded PP film to give a PVC-like appearance.
This film, which meets recent EEC recommendations, has the brightness, the touch and transparency required to boost sales in the textile, toy, cosmetics, electronic and stationery markets.
Itis also environmentally responsible because its gauge is slimmer than its PVC counterpart. In addition, the film can be recycled.
Topmatic Slider bags can be printed in up to eight colours. Further options include hooks, stand-up pouches and bags supplied on wickets. Bags can also be offered with ZipGrip press to close zippers as an optional resealable feature.
“Developing this new film was the right response to the environmental and waste concerns expressed by our customers,” says UK sales manager Paul Francis.
First customers include a multi-national textile group, which is eager to use it for a pan-European product launch.
