US-based specialised distributor and packaging solution provider Envoy Solutions has completed the acquisition of Pennsylvania Paper & Supply Company (Penn Paper).
The 100-year-old Penn Paper is a full-service, specialised distributor of facilities supplies, jan-san equipment and supplies, and industrial packaging solutions.
The deal further expands Envoy Solutions’ footprint in the Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey markets.

Penn Paper was established in 1922 and is one of the first companies in the commonwealth to be continually run by a founder’s direct descendent.
The firm serves industry, healthcare, education, food processing, building management, hospitality, and government clients throughout eastern and central Pennsylvania, the southern tier of New York, and northwestern New Jersey.

Last month, Envoy Solutions acquired US-based United Packaging, a distributor of packaging, shipping, safety, and janitorial supplies, for an undisclosed sum.
