US-based diversified distribution firm Envoy Solutions has acquired packaging distributor Hughes Enterprises, based in Levittown, Pennsylvania.

Hughes Enterprises provides packaging solutions for industries including automotive parts, beverage manufacturing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and more.

The company, in partnership with locations throughout the US, Canada, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and the UK, provides eco-friendly packaging products.

The deal will help Envoy Solutions strengthen its packaging capabilities and fuel growth in the packaging space.

Established in 1950, Hughes Enterprises is claimed to have assisted businesses in streamlining their operations by delivering specialised packaging supplies and equipment.

The new deal will help Hughes Enterprises to improve its product offering, get access to a wider customer base, and gain deeper category knowledge from Envoy Solutions’ resources and network.
