DS Smith Plastics’ line of AkyDrive parts and components provides automotive manufacturers with a cost effective and energy efficient alternative to traditionally used materials for auto interior applications. The AkyDrive line of OEM parts and components can reduce up to 65% of the weight of same alternative materials without sacrificing quality or durability.
DS Smith Plastics’ AkyDrive product line consists of: AkyDrive Lining, AkyDrive Flooring and AkyDrive Interior. These components offer a multitude of benefits including: higher durability, 50% lighter than wood, high impact resistance, and are 100% recyclable at the end of their useful life.
