All respondents to a recent ISO 9001 Customer Satisfaction Survey sent out by UK manufacturer of laminates and adhesives Drytac rated their overall customer service experience as either “excellent” (48 per cent) or “good” (52 per cent). UK sales manager Richard Cummins says the survey also revealed impressive results for Drytac’s product quality, product range, and product prices.

“Since the launch of Drytac Direct in August, 2003, our main aim has been to provide our customers with the highest quality in both products and services, and the results of this survey demonstrate that we’re meeting those targets, which is great news,” he enthuses. “The survey has also helped us to identify two main areas in need of improvement which we are currently working on, so our customers can be assured of our continual commitment to meet their needs.”

Recently accredited with ISO 9001:2000, Drytac sent the survey to all of its customers. It also revealed that 96 per cent of respondents rated the company’s product range as either “excellent” or “good”, 88 per cent rated product quality as either “excellent” or “good”, and 84 per cent rated product prices as either “excellent” or “good”.
