CIP4, the International co-operation for the Integration of Processes in Prepress, Press, and Postpress and Messe Düsseldorf will present a JDF Experience Parc at drupa 2008. At the last drupa, some 50 exhibitors demonstrated JDF enabled systems and software, mostly for the first time. Since then, it has grown to become a core technology around the world.
Manuel Mataré, drupa 2008 project director at Messe Düsseldorf, comments: “In 2008 we expect to see the market for JDF enabled products grow further. Many new products are anticipated, as well as features and options on new versions of well known systems and equipment.”
The JDF experience parc will be a major feature of the drupa 2008 innovation parc, which will take up most of Hall 7. Twenty companies already plan to participate and at least 30 more are expected to exhibit JDF enabled products. The parc will also feature a JDF experience theatre, used to conduct short seminars on related topics and present user case studies.
Drupa 2008 will run from May 29-June 11, 2008, in Düsseldorf.
