US-based Vericool has secured a multi-year contract from frozen confection company Dream Pops to provide its Vericooler I thermal packaging solution.

As part of the deal, Dream Pops will Vericooler I compostable insulation packaging for shipping its superfood products.

Dream Pops produces and ships plant-based superfood pops in different flavors, including coconut latte, mango rosemary, vanilla matcha, and berry dreams.

The company is also planning to launch new flavors in this summer.

Vericooler I will keep food products, including frozen proteins and ice creams, cold from packaging to receipt.

Designed to reduce landfill waste, the advanced packaging is developed by using post-consumer materials.

The advanced packaging will help increase temperature control, which is crucial in cold-chain shipping.

In February this year, Vericool secured a multi-year contract from subscription-based and meal delivery service Raised Real to provide its Vericooler III thermal packaging solution.

Raised Real  has selected Vericooler III recyclapostable packaging for shipping its organic and fresh meals to its customers.

Based in Livermore of California, Vericool offers compostable and recyclable thermal packaging solutions to protect food, medicines and other temperature sensitive products.

Pharmaceutical, life and bio sciences, and animal health industries can use Vericooler to store vaccines and biological products at cool temperatures up to the critical 96-hour range.
