In co-operation with two leading European line suppliers, Vetaphone has developed a CP-PROFI/CAN interface, allowing the company’s Corona Plus corona generators to be connected to their standard communication systems.
In coating, laminating and extrusion lines running PROFI and CAN, all important parameters of the Corona Plus treatment and production data can be presented graphically on the main operator panel, complete with drawings of all machine parts. Movement of all mechanical parts, such as treater heads and/or nip rollers, can be monitored and controlled.
Error messages and maintenance hints can be displayed in different languages, data for different production runs stored, and set-up controlled from the main control panel.
