Forced air cooling of the induction heating coil and the electronic unit enables the system to run with high energy and cost efficiency at line speeds up to 30m /min. Upgrading the sealer to a fully water cooled system allows production of up to 100m/min.
It can be mounted over an in-line conveyor or transferred between lines with an optional cart. Ease of use is furthered with the Quick-Set adjustable mount which allows quick adjustment for different container heights and sizes, while optional sensors can safeguard against container jams or missing foils.
