Polytype Switzerland has established a separate company for its converting machinery division. The new Polytype Converting, also located in Fribourg, will concentrate on development of converting machinery products and associated equipment, including assembly, turnkey installation and after sales services.
The company’s existing two pilot lines, which already offer some 50 different coating methods, will be modernized and equipped with the latest hotmelt application techniques.
Polytype Converting will be led by managing director Tony Zimmermann, sales and marketing director Ernst Bachmann, and technical manager Markus Schellhammer.
