Rexam Closures & Containers’ new Dispense-A-Seal liner for applications, such as baby oil, household chemical, pool chemical and solvent packaging, is said to provide an excellent seal alongside tamper-evidence and convenient dispensing.
The orifice is sealed with a separate, pre-applied heatsealed pull-tab for consumer convenience, while Rexam says the liner can replace orifice reducing and sifting fitments, eliminating the operation required on filling lines to instal these components.
Suitable for HDPE and PET containers, the liner is compatible with standard induction sealing and capping equipment and can be used within numerous stock or custom closures, including Rexam’s child-resistant FG push and turn, SQL-LP and continuous thread variants.
