Actril Cold Sterilant, a surface disinfectant for medical and cleanroom applications

Mar Cor Purification has launched ready-to-use sporicides, Actril Cold Sterilant, in cleanroom packaging to make it easier to use in cleanroom settings. Actril Cold Sterilant is a surface disinfectant meant for medical and cleanroom applications.

Actril Cold Sterilant complies with the USP guidelines for choosing disinfectants for aseptic areas. It is biodegradable and leaves no detectable residual on the surfaces. The company claims that because of its unique method of disinfection, it does not have to be part of a disinfectant rotation.

According to the company, the new repackaging is double bagged, EtO processed and packed as 6×1 kg bottles w/sprayers per case. It is available in bactericidal, mycobactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal and sporicidal.

Along with Actril Cold Sterilant, Mar Cor Purification offers water treatment equipment, filtration and disinfection technologies. The company has service offices in 18 cities in the US and Canada, with six ion exchange resin regeneration plants located in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Montreal and Toronto.
