Packaging solutions provider KDS has replaced its old corrugator board line with new line manufactured by Taiwan-based Champion Machinery.
The new machinery can produce cardboard boxes by consuming only 60% of the energy of other packaging factories.
A corrugator plant turn-key project has been proposed by Champion Machinery, which includes detailed machinery specifications, from wet end to dry end.
The project also includes operation speed and machine capability, test report, introduction of patented corrugating roll, installation and maintenance, quality control and inspection and more.
Champion Machinery’s equipment has been specially designed to use one-size corrugated roll for producing cardboard boxes.
Bangladesh-based KDS provides services including product design, packaging, distribution, among others.
