CJSC Investlesprom and Segezha Packaging Group have completed the purchase of the 20% minority shareholding in Italian company Sacchificio Tordera.
According to Segezha, the management group now controls 100% of the business, which will continue to trade as Sacchificio Tordera.
Segezha Packaging Group CEO Andrey Prokopov said the purchase of the remaining shares in Sacchificio is a strategic development for the group.
"We can now push forward on the future development of the important Italian sack market," Prokopov said.
Segezha provides integrated paper sack and filling solutions to sectors including building materials, human food, chemicals & minerals, agri-products and waste & recycling.
