Rohm and Haas has acquired the flexible packaging adhesives business of Technical Coatings, a subsidiary of Benjamin Moore & Co, of New Jersey. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Technical Coatings’ flexible packaging adhesives business includes development, production and distribution of cold seal adhesives, marketed under the Coseal brand. They are used mainly in the food and medical industries in North America.
