The Clondalkin Group has snapped up Spiralkote, formerly a division of Peoria based Fleming Packaging Corporation.
Spiralkote is the largest North American supplier of flexo-printed spiral labels for composite canisters and a leading producer of die-cut lids for the food and beverage markets.
Through collaboration with Clondalkin’s European packaging operations, including Vaassen Flexible Packaging, Spiralkote will introduce to the US market products currently available to European customers and provide those customers with a local supply base.
