City Paper Box and UAB Ipek Trade have combined their business operations to provide expanded product solutions for the bakery, restaurant and food industry.

The combined business will operate under the City Paper Box brand in North America and InoCup in Europe.

City Paper Box president Larry Lucchesi said: “The merger expands our product assortment by offering a variety of custom and stock packaging to include to go cartons, disposable hot and cold beverage cups, soft drink cups, drink trays, stirrers, straws, and a full line of ecofriendly products that complement our bakery, donut boxes and pizza boxes.”

Based in Los Angeles of California, City Paper Box is a folding carton manufacturing company, which provides services to the customers in the food/bakery industry.

City Paper Box has been serving customers for more than 60 years. It is specialized in manufacturing both standard and custom products.

The product portfolio is comprised of bakery boxes, food containers, donut trays, donut boxes, pizza boxes and food trays.

The white carryout food containers are compostable and recyclable, and can be used for on-the-go meal products.

City Paper Box produces bakery boxes in clay, pink and kraft variants, and these products are available in more than 100 standard sizes and thickness. The automatic and lock corner donut trays are recyclable and compostable.

The one-piece lock corner donut boxes can be used for a variety of items, while single-use food trays are provided in a range of sizes. In addition, pizza boxes are designed to carry pizzas of all types and sizes.

UAB Ipek Trade, a European company, which owns and operates the InoCup trademark. It provides to-go food and drink packaging solutions to the customers.

Ipek also owns and operates Coffee Hill, which is a coffeehouse chain in the European market. It was established in 2010.

UAB Ipek Trade president Volsis Zukermann said: “The joint effort with City Paper Box, coincides with the launching of a new custom print and logo program that takes the customers’ marketing plan and logo from inception to finished product.”
