IWACO A/S in Broendby and Avery Etiketsystemer A/S in Randers, Denmark as well as Avery Dennison’s French label has been snapped up CCL Industries for DKK400M.
This move ensures that the company has a leading position in Europe as a label and insert producer for the pharmaceutical industry.
Following the acquisition of the two companies in Denmark and one company in France, the label division of CCL now has about 2000 employees throughout Europe and North America.
This division has a total turnover of DKK2.6bn, of which DKK400M originates from the acquired companies.
