CCL Industries Inc., a world leader in specialty label, security and packaging solutions for global corporations, government institutions, small businesses and consumers, announced today that it has acquired Data Management, Incorporated (d.b.a.
Threshold Visitor Management Systems), a privately owned supplier of visitor sign-in, tracking and identification badges using proprietary software based in Farmington, Connecticut.
Sales for the twelve trailing months to January 2023 were approximately $7 million with a 25% adjusted EBITDA margin. The debt free, all cash purchase consideration, is estimated at $6.8 million, subject to customary closing conditions.
