Brook + Whittle, a manufacturer of premium prime label solutions, has agreed to acquire California-based Paradigm Label for an undisclosed sum.

Paradigm Label has expertise in the production of flexible packaging, pressure sensitive labels, and shrink sleeves.

With a team that has over 50 years of printing experience, the company delivers label solutions to the companies of all sizes to meet their brand requirements.

Paradigm Label founder Curtis Harton said: “We share very similar company cultures, focused on delivering value through exceptional customer service, print quality, product innovation and talented employees.”

Paradigm Label offers various printing options, material, adhesives, and finishes, as well advanced solutions for a range of labelling requirements.

The acquisition will allow Brook + Whittle to expand its west coast presence, in addition to growing the company’s digital business.

Brook + Whittle CEO Mark Pollard said: “Paradigm Label further strengthens our West Coast presence and strengthens our ability to deliver the fastest lead-times in the industry.

“We are thrilled to have another location in California to support our growing customer base and excited to welcome another great team to our business.”

With over 1,200 people across nine production facilities, Brook + Whittle provides pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and flexible packaging solutions to its customers.

In November last year, private equity company Genstar Capital agreed to acquire Brook + Whittle from TruArc Partners.
