Cabot has developed a new range of black pigments designed to provide performance balance in polyolefin film production.
Black Pearls 3030, 4040 and 4060 are claimed to meet masterbatch producer demands in opacity, weatherability, film smoothness and dispersability.
The 3030 range is said to be particularly suitable for photographic and surface protection film. In agricultural film applications, 4040 offers cost/performance balance, while 4060 offers extreme weatherability.
