Bixolon Europe has introduced its new SPP-L3000 80mm (3inch) premium level Auto-ID printer into the European market.

The printer, which supports high quality connectivity and labeling, is ideal for several applications including supply chain labelling, retail tags, delivery invoicing and others.
It has rugged & lightweight design with an easy-to-open peeler and LCD display.
The SPP-L3000 delivers high performance and provides synchronized wireless connectivity with both WLAN Dual band with a range of 5GHz and 2.4GHz and Bluetooth V4.1 Classic.
The printer supports all operating systems like Windows, Android, and iOS with the support of Bixolon’s advanced Software Development Kits (SDKs) to provide continuous printing capabilities for tablets, smart phones or PDAs.

The mobile printer is capable of using all market-leading languages including BPL-Z & BPL-C. It supports a variety of label design softwares including Bixolon’s Label Artist – the Design bundle program, Label Artist Mobile – for iOS and Android platforms and Seagull’s BarTender UltraLite – for Bixolon.
The new printer is light in weight, weighing 694g, is drop tested on concrete from 2.1m with an IP54 protection rating to test the toughness.
The new SPP-L3000 provides prints at speeds up to 127mm/sec, generating 203dpi high quality, text graphics, barcodes and QR codes to support fast processing while maintaining a media roll diameter up to 66mm and adjustable paper guide between 25~ 80 mm.
The company says that the printer is equipped with a high-capacity, rechargeable 7.4 V Li-ion, 2,600 mAh battery, that provides a 70 hour standby time once fully charged while, for Bluetooth model if used in power save mode.
