Big 3 Precision has partnered with Fuseneo to combine design and manufacturability in the development of injection blow and injection stretch blow molded products.

Big 3 Precision is engaged in the designing and manufacturing of injection blow and injection stretch blow molds, while Fuseneo is a structural design firm that develops packaging and prototype solutions for various brands and manufactures.

Under the deal, Fuseneo will involve in the creative work of the product, while Big 3 Precision will provide complete product design, development and manufacturing solutions.

Big 3 Precision COO Todd Riley said: “Especially on the packaging side of our business, there are a lot of design concepts that, while they look great on paper, are basically non-manufacturable.

“With this partnership, Fuseneo can blend a creative design with manufacturability to fit the molding process.”

BIG 3 Precision provides blow mold tooling for machine manufacturers such as Nissei, Aoki, Sipa, Sidel, Uniloy, Jomar, and Wheaton machines.

The company provides in-house unit tool development and production tool validation for injection stretch blow mold (ISBM) tooling, injection blow mold (IBM) tooling, two-step blow mold tooling and extrusion blow mold (EBM) tooling.

Fuseneo provides design services for various brands, including Dannon, Mars, Pepsico, Amazon, Electrolux and Wrigley.
