Berry Superfos Balkan has achieved three major certifications that demonstrate its high standards in quality, hygiene and environmental management.

As part of this, the company has for the first time achieved ISO 14001:2015 accreditation covering Environmental Management Systems. This means that eight Berry Superfos production facilities are now certified in environmental management.

In addition, Berry Superfos Balkan has once again obtained BRC Global Standard re-certification in the High Hygiene Category with an impressive Grade AA, the same as the previous year, and has also been re-certified to the quality management standard ISO 9001:2015. The assessment gained excellent results with the auditors not finding any non-conformities.

“For the good of ourselves and our customers, we continuously work on compliance with internationally recognised standards,” comments Emina Čergić, QHSE Manager at Berry Superfos Balkan. “It is a demanding task to prepare for the audits and therefore it is even more rewarding when the auditors conclude that Berry Superfos Balkan remains on top of high standards.”
