US-based hybrid packaging supplier Berlin Packaging has completed the acquisition of turnkey packaging solutions provider Jansy.
Jansy, established in 2007 by Brad Zaikov, integrates in-house design and technical skills with a network of manufacturing and logistical partners to provide customers with packaging solutions.
The firm also offers a range of value-added services, including product formulation, lab services, testing, blending and filling services, sustainable packaging solutions, and procurement and shipping for all types of packaging substrates.
Jansy offers its clients a one-stop shopping experience and acts as a single-source partner, providing superior, customised solutions spanning materials, products, and applications to meet any requirement.
It also has sizable quality assurance teams both domestically and internationally to guarantee consistent, timely, and high-quality completed items.
Berlin Packaging Americas CEO Rick Brandt said: “We are delighted to welcome Jansy to Berlin Packaging.

Berlin Packaging said all employees and locations will be retained for the transaction.

The acquisition is the third purchase Berlin Packaging made in North America in 2022 and its sixth acquisition worldwide.
Last month, the company acquired the Spanish distributor of glass packaging Vidrierías Pérez Campos.
