Head office will be in Gent, Belgium. Hardware and software product development will be in Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Czechoslovakia and the USA. All manufacturing will take place in Europe.
BPE will start operating as a new company immediately and will have fully consolidated its operations under its new name by January 2002.
William Schulin-Zeuthen, currently president and CEO of Purop-Eskofot, will become CEO of BPE.
