US-based industrial packaging company B2B Industrial Packaging, a GenNx360 company, has completed the acquisition of New Jersey-based packaging and logistic firm Next Press.

The deal will help Next Press clients to use a broad range of industrial packaging products from thoroughly vetted channel partners, backed by a coast-to-coast distribution network.

Next Press was established in 1997 to assist customers with their packaging-related needs.

The business, which specialises in corrugated products, has an internal design team and printing resources to provide unique, original, and useful packaging.

To assist clients’ marketing initiatives, Next Press offers samples of custom packaging and manages small production runs in-house.

B2B Industrial Packaging CEO Bill Drake said: “Next Press is an incredible company with a great management team.

“We are aware of the high level of service Next Press clients and channel partners have become accustomed to. Our goal is to surpass it in every regard.”

“We want all of our clients to think of us as ‘Your National Neighbor. This means they can expect both friendly, personalised service and access to vast resources.”

The latest acquisition represents the 27th acquisition in the last 13 years for B2B Industrial Packaging.

Headquartered in Addison, Illinois, the industrial packaging company distributes a wide selection of packaging equipment and materials, including steel strapping, stretch film, and fasteners, to customers throughout the US and Mexico, serving more than 17,000 active clients.

Additionally, B2B Industrial Packaging has three facilities for the repair of fastener tools and strapping that serve the US.
