UK manufacturer of short run box making equipment Autobox has appointed MCS-Agencies as its agent in Germany and Austria. V-Solution, of Reichenbach, Germany, has just taken delivery of a Hipak 2665AF model from the company.

The Hipak is said to “need only seconds” to set up or to change between box size and style, making it ideal for shorter runs and customers who require ‘instant’ delivery.

The machine is fitted with a BoardMarker in-line marking device for batch coding, and an AutoFeeder allows the operator to progress other work while the box maker continues manufacturing correct size corrugated cases.

An Autobox SC124 slitter/creaser was also supplied to V-Solution, to provide extra versatility when shorter runs of blanks are required.
