Antalis Packaging has expanded its Geami WrapPak range to better meet packaging requirements of the retailers and e-commerce businesses.

The extended Geami WrapPak range includes products such as Geami WrapPak M, Geami WrapPak EX and coloured tissue paper.

Geami WrapPak has been developed by using patented and cut-out kraft paper, and white tissue paper interleaf, which is placed through a converter.

Alternative to traditional bubble wrap, the Geami WrapPak will be transformed into a unique 3D honeycomb structure with all paper cells locked firmly in place, helping to avoid the use of any tape or glue.

Geami WrapPak EX has been developed to serve the needs of smaller packaging environments and occasional packing. The solution can be used by smaller e-commerce start-ups dealing with limited space and funds.

Geami WrapPak EX, which is said to achieve perfect in-the-box presentation, can be placed anywhere at the retailer’s convenience.

Suitable for lower volume packaging, Geami WrapPak M enables to reduce material handling and occupies less storage space.
Ideal for e-commerce environments, the new solution can be placed anywhere without the requirement for electricity.

Antalis has also introduced tissue paper in seven new colours, including black, red, apple, sky, citron, buttercup, and pink. The company already supplies the original white tissue to the customers.

Antalis cushioning and void-fill solutions expert Scott Day said: “More and more of our customers are exploring ways to wow their customers through the unboxing experience and Geami WrapPak provides the perfect way to do this through the optimal protection, gift-like presentation, easy unwrapping and straightforward recycling offered by this innovative system.

“The latest extensions to the range provide ideal solutions for smaller retailers where cost and space is a challenge, due to Geami WrapPak’s conversion from flat, stackable pallets to 3D honeycomb materials.”

Antalis already distributes Geami Wrapak HV, which is an electronically operated converter suitable for high volume packaging environments.

With over 127,000 clients in 43 countries, Antalis Packaging supplies protective packaging solutions to protect, store, dispatch and transport goods across the production and supply chain.
