Russian label converter NeoPrint, has installed an Alphatwin slitter from Alpha Converting in its St Petersburg factory. The largest Alphatwin built so far, it is part of a major upgrade and expansion programme at NeoPrint, bringing the slitting of jumbo rolls of labelstock in house to improve efficiency.
The Alphatwin converts rolls of 1,600mm diameter weighing up to 4t. Finished rolls can be easily handled and transferred to the presses.
