Cosmetic packaging manufacturer Albéa has provided its F2 propellant-free foamer for personal care brand Comprehensive Cranium Care’s C3 Head Wash range of scalp and skin cleansers.
The F2 pump, which is part of Albéa Foam Lab, has been designed to dispense quality foam and can be used for products with chemical-free foaming agents.
Albéa’s F2 pump features neck finish with 43mm and screw-on option.
With output of 0.75ml, 1.2ml and 1.5ml options, the F2 pump can deliver foam in 9ml and 12ml dosages.
The pump is made by using two different materials such as HDPE and PET, and is provided in smaller size and water resistant travel size version for promotional products.
Albéa provides beauty and personal care packaging solutions, including plastic and laminate tubes, mascaras, lipsticks, samplers and foam pumps.
The company also produces fragrance and skincare dispensing pumps, fragrance and lotion caps, compacts, lip gloss, promotional items and accessories.
Albéa produces different plastic tubes, including tubes with flip-top caps, tubes with screw caps, tubes with applicators and tubes with airless pump dispensers.
Albéa also serves markets such as pharmacy, oral care, foods and spirits, in addition to beauty and personal care markets.
With 38 facilities in Europe, Asia and the Americas, the company markets its products in 60 countries across the globe.
Albéa operates a manufacturing facility in Suzhou, near Shanghai, China. The 30,000m² facility is involved in the production of tubes, cosmetic rigid packaging such as mascaras, lipgloss, compacts, bottles and dispensing systems.
