Airlite Plastics Co. acquired KODIAKOOLER® on August 3, 2019, expanding its industry presence and product line offering of reliable, sustainable and innovative packaging for temperature-sensitive products.

KODIAKOOLER, a privately held company headquartered in Mooresville, North Carolina, is an insulated packaging company that has been serving and leading the industry since 2005.  KODIAKOTTON® is a brand of KODIAKOOLER sustainable products that are reusable, recyclable and biodegradable.
