The system looks like one leaflet but actually consists of two plies. These are printed and glued together to separate into two leaflets when peeled apart, doubling information space without leaving residual tack or ink transfer.
Double Dri is available in pre-folded and reel fed format and is ideally suited to high speed automatic application, using existing folding and inserting equipment. The labels are produced in a single in-line process, with no danger of mixed product.
Ideal applications are seen as multilingual societies where two separate leaflets may be needed can now use just one. Similarly, a combined doctor and patient leaflet can be printed and produced by the Double Dri system, to be peeled away at the pharmacy or doctor’s surgery, to provide two leaflets with independent uses.
