Adhesives venture in Asia Pacific

DuPont Packaging and Industrial Polymers has opened a new Bynel and Fusabond adhesive resins production facility in Shenzhen, China. The business’s first ethylene copolymer operation in Asia Pacific, it is intended to meet burgeoning demands for adhesive resins in China and across the region.

According to DuPont, packaging and polymer modification are among the fastest growing sectors in China’s polymer industry. Bynel and Fusabond adhesive resins are speciality products applicable to a wide range of flexible packaging and industrial applications, and polymer modification.
