The new VFE shrink sleeve applicator from Graham Labelling Systems has been developed to cater for the growing demand for tamper evidence features in shrink sleeve applications.
Graham has used its experience in integral cross and vertical perforation capability, incorporated in its RF sleeving range for many years, to develop a patent applied for perforator that can work with the VFE at maximum rates of 650 products/min.
The perforation unit is integral with the VFE and can be supplied at machine build or retrofitted.
It can be used with cut-to-length and photo-registered web indexing modes for clear and pre-printed material. The perforation position is adjustable. Maximum perforation specification is 165mm across x 65mm vertical.
