Rieke Dispensing has developed a shipper dispenser for beaded chemicals, such as hand cleaners, able to offer long-term durability against aggressive product properties.
The RS4 pump is manufactured from specially selected plastics. As well as offering smooth dispensing, the materials are able to withstand the aggressive nature of certain ingredients in these types of products such as Delimonene. This is said to ensure the pump functions much longer than previous dispensers used in these applications.
Incorporation of flap valve technology allows the accurate dosing of thick and highly viscous liquids, including those containing particulates.
Its modern design can be tailored to fit a variety of closures and a number of printing and colour options can be employed.
