Giant labels – up to A3 size – can now be produced in-house with Sato UK’s new M10e label printing system.
The Sato direct thermal/thermal transfer printer has a print area up to 10.5in wide and 16.5in long. It has been specifically developed to give users of extra large labels in industries such as shipping and logistics, electronics, paper and timber the flexibility of on-demand label printing that is already routine for users of smaller labels.
It has a 22MB memory and prints labels in 305dpi at up to 5/sec. The labels can incorporate standard or 2D codes, as well as graphics, reverse images and custom designed characters.
