ACFollowing an agreement with Italian label inspection company Prati made earlier this year, DB Machinery – part of the Denny Bros Group – has launched the Prati range of label inspection systems with an astro-nomical theme for the UK market.
The Jupiter Record TC 280 automatic label inspection machine is able to handle all types of material without the need to change slitting knives and features a touchpad display with self-diagnostics. Jupiter is available with web widths of 280 or 400mm and a maximum inspection speed of 310m/min.
Saturn TC280E/330E is a manual inspection system. The Venus TC280S label inspection system offers precise label count, while the Pluto TCVL 100 is a pharmaceutical label inspection system. Also in the range are the Neptune SF 280/330 high-speed matrix stripper and the Uranus quick ink-drying label over printing system.
All systems have been designed to inspect labelling processes in the packaging, food and pharmaceutical industries.
