Kosme UK of Burton-on-Trent says that its new range of self-adhesive labelling machines is set to simplify the container labelling process.
With advanced electronic controls, the machines can reach speeds of 1000-54 000 containers/hr, while label station speeds up to 130m/min can be achieved. Control systems can store up to 99 changeovers, with operator access to all sides.
A range of container sizes, shapes and materials can be accommodated, along with all label formats, including transparent film.
The range starts with the Compact Adhesive model, running at 2500 containers/hr. The Top Adhesive model is available for throughput up to 54 000 containers/hr.
